I was at an event recently in Palos Hills where Not Your Mama’s Trailer was providing their services. They poured delicious drinks and had a beautiful set up of tasty desserts! The cupcakes were amazing! They paid attention to all the details and helped make the event a success! Highly recommended!

Erin is absolutely amazing to work with. She is clear and thorough and outlines exactly what she will provide. You can tell she really puts her heart into each of her events. She works with great vendors and her contract is clear and straightforward. I have used her for two events already (October 22’ and January 23’) and can’t wait to have her again!! This was by far one of the cutest ideas I have seen! We asked Erin to come to our One Year Anniversary Party and she said yes! The weather was so cold we had to set up inside in a small space which was different but she made it just as wonderful. The clients and my staff enjoyed it so much! She was accommodating, helpful, honest and kind! Absolutely recommend to anyone!

Oh my gosh! I’m so very happy with our choice to have Not Not Your Mama’s Trailer at my model home grand opening event yesterday!!! The adorable, decorations and delicious, hot cocoa wear a huge hit!! I had them hand out, goodie bags and bags of popcorn to our guest as they left our party but everyone really enjoyed the decorative trailer and photo opportunities with their cute seating area and Christmas decor! I highly recommend, and will use again in the future!

Erin is absolutely AMAZING to work with! She’s very responsive to all messages. She’s patient, kind and thoughtful. She adds ideas and input to help customize your event. She’s flexible and creative. Hardworking! You can tell how much she cares about this business and your event, purely genuine. We have had to reschedule with Erin due to sickness and weather and she was so kind about it. I can't say enough great things about Erin and Not Your Mama's Trailer! I invited Erin & NYMT to come out to the Elementary school for our end of year, Spring Carnival. First of all, what a beautiful set up. So obsessed!!! Erin was incredibly welcoming, professional and courteous. The snacks were delicious and a hit amongst the kids and parents. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Can't wait for the next PTA school event so we can invite Erin & the Trailer out again!

I highly recommend Erin from Not Your Mama’s Trailer for any party needs! We went through Erin for all of the desserts for my son’s 1st birthday party, and the ability to get everything in one order was so convenient. The ease of working with Erin made party planning so much less of a stress! Everything turned out adorable and was delicious! I will definitely be going through Erin again for my future parties!

We had Not Your Mama’s Trailer for our tree lighting ceremony. We had over 300 people in attendance. They served hot chocolate, coffee, hot apple cider & most importantly, holiday cheer! Erin and her team were so nice easy to work with. Their drinks were awesome and their service was amazing! Plus, their trailer and decor were so nice. It added so much to our event.
