I'm Erin, the owner of Diamond (white) and Stripes (black) vintage horse trailers converted into mobile bars for all your event needs. They're a top-notch way to bring a one-of-a-kind bar experience to you and your guests. And we're not limited to just amazing cocktails (or mocktails). We've got the food too! From nachos to charcuterie, to ice cream, donuts, and customized cookies - whatever you're hankering for - we can make it happen.

After years of being the Hostess with the Mostest at family gatherings and neighborhood social events, I'm ready to share my love of a good party! I'm experienced with event-planning from 10 guests to 100+. You'll find that I have a passion (and lots of energy) for entertaining. As a mother of four, organized chaos is my specialty!
